1. Purpose and availability
TourBox Voice Upload is operated by Urban Luo as a personal desktop automation tool for updating a news research CSV in Google Drive. It is not a public file-hosting service and currently offers no public registration, subscriptions or paid plans. This website provides information about that tool.
2. Authorized use
Only run the tool against an account and file you own or are authorized to edit. You are responsible for the content you upload and for complying with applicable laws, source-content rights, Google terms and relevant service policies. Publicly accessible news remains subject to its original authors' rights.
3. File updates and permissions
The tool replaces the contents of a configured existing CSV while retaining its file ID. Confirm the target and keep appropriate backups before running it. The Google OAuth scope grants broad Drive permissions, although the current implementation operates on its designated file. Read the Privacy Policy before authorizing access.
4. Operation and limitations
Execution depends on the local computer, scheduled tasks, network access, valid Google authorization and Google's services. Retries and checksum checks reduce transfer errors but do not guarantee continuous availability, timely delivery or accuracy of source information. An upload success does not prove that every news source was collected successfully. Verify data freshness before relying on an analysis.
5. Stopping use
You may stop use by disabling the local scheduled tasks and revoking Google account access. Existing uploaded content is not automatically deleted. Manage local files, credentials, logs and cloud copies as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes and responsibility
The tool may be updated or discontinued. It is provided as available without a service-level commitment. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
